The British Ports Association (BPA) is proud to be one of the organisers of London International Shipping Week (LISW), which has begun today.
The week-long premier global maritime event, LISW 21 is being held this week, 13-17 September 2021 and includes a number physical and virtual events. This is the sector’s opportunity to highlight what it does and its value to the economy.
The BPA is kicking things off in style on the opening day (Monday 13 Septembe) with the in-person launch of our ‘Gateways to Growth’ video feature at the International Maritime Organisation headquarters, along with our colleagues from the UK Chamber of Shipping, who are also launching their own programme.
The BPA is also holding its annual Coastal Shipping Seminar (on Wednesday 15 September) and and an exciting Ports and Colleges briefing event on LISW’s careers day (Thursday 16 Septembe), which are must attend events looking at developments in our sector.
There is plenty of space at both these online events and they are free to attend so please feel free to get involved and register!
