Phillips 66 – Tetney Oil Terminal

Phillips 66 is the owner/operator of the Humber Oil Refinery based in NE Lincolnshire on the south bank of the river Humber. The refinery is supplied with crude oil feed stock from an offshore Single Buoy Mooring system located 2 miles due South of Spurn Head. Phillips 66 is the Statutory Harbour Authority for the area surrounding the installation up to 500m in all directions. The facility accommodates large crude carriers from a variety of countries and offshore fields but predominantly from fields in the North Sea. The SBM sees on average 120 vessels per year.
