Please join this session on Friday 20 September 11:00 – 12:00 for an introduction to:

• handling and defending dilapidations claims;
• making and dealing with requests to assign leases and grant sub-leases; and
• a look at the issues to be aware of when considering short-term arrangements.

This practical session will focus on the key issues you need to be aware of on each topic and will highlight the similarities and differences in England & Wales and Scotland.

This session is being run by Alex Wright (Principal Associate – England & Wales) and Heidi Archibald (Principal Associate – Scotland), property litigation specialists from Eversheds Sutherland, a global law firm with the largest property litigation team in the country.
