Annual Lunch Sponsor

Royal HaskoningDHV sponsored our 2019 BPA Annual lunch which was set in the majestic Drapers Hall in central London.

2019 is also for Royal HaskoningDHV the launch of their Smart Port Team. Smart ports embrace technology at every stage, from the design and maintenance of structures and assets, to ensuring smooth performance, energy efficiency and minimal downtime.

Royal HaskoningDHV are integrating their Smart Port concepts into their master planning projects; recognising the synergies between infrastructure design, port operating models and the use of technology. We know that ports are operating in the context of the global trends of digitalisation, electrification and automation whilst trying to achieve the required short-term return on investment.

Royal HaskoningDHV understand that ports and terminals will not be able to make the investment from their status quo to a Smart Port overnight. Their integrated approach to Smart Ports and master planning identifies the many small steps that come together to create a unique application of a Smart Port in each location.
