Procheck Solution

Procheck offers a configurable contractor competence, compliance and site-access platform, built to shape itself around how each organisation operates. Developed over six years in the extractives industry and now expanding across safety-critical sectors, it gives operators real-time visibility of who is qualified, compliant and permitted on site — with certificate fraud prevention, competency tracking, DVLA licence checking and geo-fenced access control. Because records follow the individual, not the employer, contractor competence becomes portable across multiple sites. With 1,500 sites linked and 8,000 daily checks, Procheck helps multi-site, contractor-heavy operations like ports standardise compliance and maintain a single, trusted source of truth.
