In 1978, Farrans was acquired by CRH plc. Our civil engineering and building divisions operate across the UK in a range of sectors, including Education, Healthcare, Residential, Transportation, Pipelines, Renewable Energy, Water & Wastewater and Marine.
Our marine portfolio has seen major growth over the years with landmark projects such as Belfast D1 (£51.2m), Seaforth Passage Liverpool (£11m) and the Deep Water Berth Montrose (£8m) all undertaken by Farrans.
