Council Members
Each year the BPA’s members elect a Council to oversee the work of the Association.
BPA Chairman
The Current Chairman of the BPA is Jim Stewart, Chief Executive of Poole Harbour Commissioners. Jim works closely with the BPA’s secretariat to push through the agenda of the Association’s members.
Vice Chairman
Jim is supported by the BPA Vice Chair, Colin Parker, Chief Executive of Aberdeen Harbour Board.
Both Jim and Colin play a leading role developing policy and feeding into the management of the Ports Skills and Safety organisation.
